As a way of showing appreciation to the great communities where the owners and employees of Ed Kenley Ford people live and work, a caring attitude of “giving back” permeates throughout the business, a lasting and strong legacy put forward by founder, Ed Kenley. Some examples of Ed Kenley Community Involvement include:

Edward A. Kenley Amphitheater
Layton City Commons Park

Ed and Jewel Lee Kenley love the arts. During his lifetime, Ed was a regular supporter of the Utah Symphony, Utah Musical Theater and Ballet West. Additionally, his varied musical tastes included Classical, Dixieland, Bluegrass and Country. To coincide with Layton City’s Centennial Celebration in 1997, Jewel Lee Kenley made a sizeable contribution to the building of an amphitheater, which is now the home to not only Layton City and community events and concerts, but also the widely popular Davis Arts Council’s well attended “Summer Nights With The Stars.” The list of performers over the years, where up to 2,000 people can be found on warm, summer nights includes, Anne Murray, Manhattan Transfer, Peter Noone and Herman’s Hermits, Bobby Vinton, and Rockapella, to name a few.
